"usually when one make a complaints, isnt it the norm to actually post account numbers emails or proof of the complaint, the norm is for the complaint to be addressed by the broker if found online etc, so basically complaints with no details will be treated as spam by the reader. just a reminder for people out there. and honestly its kinda odd, pretty much a dead statement by DP. though my account is basic small yet doing fine for close to a year now. "
